Cancellation Policy

The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Check in Policy

The room is available from 14:00 except in case of Early Check In.

Check out Policy

The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest.

Children Policy

Free accommodation and breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old sharing the parent’s room by using existing bedding, having breakfast as a family. Club access benefits extended to children. Rollaway bed request pay directly at the hotel.

Special term for children

Minors under 18 must be with those who exercise parental authority.

Official documents to provide

In order to comply with government regulations, your ID card or passport must be submitted upon check-in at our hotels. Copies of the identification will then be submitted to the relevant government offices.
